Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an order by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Orders can typically be cancelled only before they enter the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To maximise the chance of a successful cancellation, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed during sale periods or for made-to-order or limited-edition items may have shorter cancellation windows. Any such restrictions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return in accordance with our Returns, Replacements & Warranty policy, subject to eligibility requirements.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return and the terms outlined in our returns policy.

Earthy Homes reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Pricing or product listing errors.
• Payment verification failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inability to deliver to the provided address.
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be refunded only when the entire order is cancelled before dispatch. Partial cancellations may not qualify for shipping fee refunds.
