Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Earthy Homes. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or creating an account.

By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these terms.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and variations in screen displays, actual products may differ slightly from images shown on the website.

Product descriptions, care instructions, and specifications are provided for guidance and may be updated without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed at the time of checkout using the payment methods available on our website. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and external factors. Shipping terms, charges, and delivery windows are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our returns policy. Please review our Returns, Replacements & Warranty page for eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or engage in activity that could harm our business, customers, or systems.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using our website and purchasing our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthy Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
