Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for any signs of visible damage. If the package appears severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice damage to the box but accept the delivery, please make a note of it with the courier if possible. Take photos of the unopened damaged package before proceeding to open it.

Once you have opened the package, carefully inspect all items. Our pieces are fragile, and while we pack them securely, damage in transit can occasionally occur.

If you find that an item from your order is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and ensure the missing item is sent to you promptly.
